Time the problem has been present
Healing takes time, it is a process. The amount of time varies from person to person. A long term chronic physical or emotional 'injury' can take time to resolve, especially as it is your body doing the life changing healing, not just a quick fix to patch up the damage!
Keeping a schedule of appointments
The recommendations of your schedule are based on experience with similar conditions. Each visit should not be seen in isolation but as a building block to achieving your goal.
Your life activities
What you do between appointments, will effect the success of your treatment. Over-exertion, heavy lifting, poor posture, stressful environments – will all interfere with your progress. Resistance
Occasionally people come for treatments, who don’t want to get better or change!
