Bespoke training solutions
Effective training or development depends on knowing what results are required – for the individual, the department and the organisation as a whole. With limited budgets and the need for cost effective solutions, all organisations need to feel secure that resources invested in training are targeted in areas in which training and development are needed and a positive return on investment is guaranteed. Effective Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is particularly vital in today’s changing workplace as staff exposed to new technologies and flexible working practices need to upgrade their skills on a regular basis.
Analysing and identifying training needs is a prerequisite to any effective training programme or event Hawkins Muiderman carry out a TNA to ensure that the training meets the highest priority needs.
In many businesses, development is through in-house, modular programmes that are closely tied to the business’s own operations, culture and goals, however, results remain limited as access to the most up to date research, experts and the vast array of topics paramount to success are rarely found in a single organization.
Hawkins Muiderman are external training providers who understand your industry develop bespoke training that will transfer into improved performance, and will employ coaching and secondments to enable this learning transfer. Knowing about leadership and management isn’t enough – future leaders have to be able to put what they know into practice.
